RE: 40th Class Reunion July 11, 2009

Greetings to all classmates. We are still in the planning stages putting this reunion together and are open to your thoughts and ideas. We have reserved the patio at Georges Office for a Sat. Evening dinner. the menu will consist of 2 different sizes of steak to choose from along with salads and based beans. The cost of the meal will be $12 or 16 depending on the size of steak you choose there will be a registration fee of $8.00 to cover the cost of mailing and other expenses of the reunion. This can be paid the evening of the reunion.

There has been interest to have a class float in the pareade Saturday morning. In order to have this float we will need to find volunteers for providing a flatbed trailer, a driver to drive in the pareade as well as classmates to decorate the trailer. The decorating fo the float would be done Friday evening.

You can register for the reunion online at discovermott.com once on the website clich on reunions and then the class of 69 home page. The registration deadline is June 11th.

We would also like to do an updated booklet. Please fill out the enclosed form and return to Deb.

We are hoping for a great turnout. A letter with a list of classmates who will and will not be attending will be sent out the end of June. Looking forward to seeing you in June.
